According to our tipster Hector, A Couple of Dicks, the new Kevin Smith movie starring Bruce Willis and Tracy Morgan, will be filming today at the Marcy Armory.  Thanks, Hector!

Royal Pains in Greenpoint

According to On Location Vacations, Royal Pains, starring Mark Feuerstein, is filming today in the vicinity of McGolrick Park.

Dumbo NYC reports that The Resident, a new Hilary Swank movie, is filming today in the vicinity of Front and York Streets.

Prospect Park info?

Bruce reports that a big production was shooting yesterday morning in Prospect Park.  Does anyone know if Date Night is still filming there, on their fake Central Park Boathouse set?

OK, since this site relies so heavily on reader tips, I get really pissed at myself when someone takes the trouble to send me a tip - with several pictures no less - and I forget to post about it.  But due to a day of travel and a last-minute laptop switch, I forgot to post a tip this morning from the frequent tipsters at Carrot Creative.  It was a shame too, because one of the permit pictures was just beautiful.  So, here it is, and I’ll try to be more on top of things.
