Filming In Brooklyn

Filming In Brooklyn visited last night’s/this morning’s shoot on Metropolitan Avenue, near Kent, for the FX drama Rescue Me. Several scenes were shot, including some people trying to get past the velvet ropes of a club, and a walk-and-talk between two of the show’s stars.

These scenes are probably for Rescue Me’s ten minisodes, since the full 22-episode season is being delayed until next year (due to the writers’ strike). These five minute stand-alone episodes will air on Tuesdays at 10pm on FX, starting June 24th, and will also be available online.
