It’s going to be a long night here at Filming In Brooklyn. When we stopped by the Fringe shoot at 92nd and 7th around 9:30pm, they were still filming inside of Victory Memorial Hospital. Looking like we knew exactly where we were going, we walked right in and got on an elevator, emerging near the holding area. It was filled with actors dressed as hospital staff and Massachusetts police officers (since Brooklyn is filling in for Boston), chilling out and waiting to be called to the set.
We wandered a little more and got as far as this:
The crew started to gather for “lunch” and the hallway got busy; getting past that point probably would have gotten us noticed (in a bad way) so we hung around for a little while, trying to get a sense of when the shoot would be moving outside. The answer was around 1am.
We wandered back outside, and these guys were starting to get the big lights in place for the outdoor part of the shoot.
We’ll be back!
