There are a ton of that type of crane available these days. It might be a "Giraffe", but I couldn't swear to it. I can tell you that it's operated from a remote control, a little monitor with wheels to spin that control tilt, pan, zoom, boom, and extending the arm. It's complicated as hell to run. Think about patting your stomach while having the other hand rub circles on your head while having a third hand draw a picture and a fourth hand bake a pie. Yeah, lots of stuff to do all at once.
