According to On Location Vacations, Fringe is filming in the vicinity of Milton and Manhattan in Greenpoint.

UPDATE: Our tipster Teddy reports that Possible Side Effects never showed up, except to remove the “no parking” signs.  Thanks for the update, Teddy!
