According to Filming In Brooklyn reader Kim, Flight of the Conchords is filming tomorrow today on Stratford Road between Slocum and Matthews, in Victorian Flatbush. Thanks Kim! (Sorry, I generally write these up the night before, and I misspoke.)
According to On Location Vacations, Fringe is filming at 1101 Manhattan Ave in Greenpoint.
UPDATE:
After Life is filming at 89 Ocean Court.
Fringe is filming at 30 Wythe Avenue in Williamsburg.
Accidental Heroes is filming at 372 5th Avenue in Park Slope.
Toxic Baby is filming at 26 New Dock Street and then on Prospect between Adams and Washington.
I have no idea how these will be affected by the weather!
