Jack Goes Boating, a film directed by and starring Philip Seymour Hoffman, will be wrapping up its filming today in the vicinity of Court and President Streets in Carroll Gardens. Hoffman, who starred in the play Off Broadway, will be playing opposite Amy Ryan. John Ortiz and Daphne Rubin-Vega, who both starred with Hoffman Off Broadway, will reprise their roles for the movie.  Thanks to Best View in Brooklyn for the reminder (and thanks to Pardon Me for Asking, which is where BViB saw it!).

And according to On Location Vacations, the Untitled Nancy Meyers Project, starring Meryl Streep, Steve Martin, and Alec Baldwin, is filming again today at the picnic house in Prospect Park.
