They were also in Brighton Beach on Ocean Parkway.

Would anyone happen to know who was filming on Coney Island boardwalk on Sunday afternoon? Looked like 2 musicians and a little person with mustache. We were visiting from California and thought might be music video.

Mark, I checked around a little and couldn’t find anything. Did it look like a big production? Small productions with only a few crew members and handheld cameras don’t generally need to file for permits and are kind-of off the radar.

Amy, there were probably 15-20 people around the 3 people being shot. I seem to remember 1 large camera and 1 handheld camera. Also guy working overhead boom mic and 2 others with lighting setup down on beach to stop reflections or something. Thanks.

Oh yeah, that doesn’t sound like a small production. Unfortunately I couldn’t find anything on it. OnLocationVacations.com is an excellent site for those kinds of listings, but they didn’t have it either.
