Boy Wonder in Windsor Terrace

Tipster Lindsey just emailed to let me know that Boy Wonder, a drama due out next year, is filming right now at Smolen Bar and Grill.  Their permit goes until 2am and according to Lindsey they just got started shooting around 10pm. Thanks Lindsey!

And an anonymous reader sent in this one, with a note that they were supposed to be filming a really exciting scene, a chase with guns drawn.  But nothing was going on at the time.

Filming In Brooklyn stopped by the Dumbo location of An Englishman in New York this afternoon.  They were filming inside Williamsburg club Public Assembly.  We tried to get in to take a few pictures, but did not have any luck, so we got some shots of the commotion outside.

Englishman stars John Hurt, Cynthia Nixon, and Swoosie Kurtz.

An Enlishman in New York is filming on 6th st. in Williamsburg.

Watching the Detectives (which filmed in my house a couple weeks ago) is filming in the evening on St. Marks and New York Avenues, and on Bergen near New York Ave, in Crown Heights.

Also, according to On Location Vacations An Englishman In New York, which stars John Hurt and Cynthia Nixon, will be filming somewhere on Bedford tomorrow.  Go here to check for more updated info. And if we get a more specific location we’ll update this post.

Anyone know of anything else?

A music video titled Beverly will be filming Saturday and Sunday at two locations: 2026 Ocean Avenue (Gravesend?), and 3280 Nostrand Ave (Marine Park?).

And a movie called Entre Nos will be filming Saturday and Sunday at Scott and Randolph in East Williamsburg. Incidentally, Entre Nos is still looking for a few paid extras, including a few kids, for a shoot on September 2nd. The pay is extraordinarily low, but it could be a fun day for a non-pro.

The shoot is inside, five floors up, and Filming In Brooklyn was not able to get access. According to a crew member, it’s a closed set “due to the nature of the scene.” Gotcha.

There must be some shots out of the window, because there was a big-ass light illuminating part of the Williamsburg bridge two blocks away.
