The New York Television Festival starts tonight at 7pm with the red carpet arrivals for a 7:30pm Showcase of ABC’s fall lineup, including a Q&A with the producers of Life on Mars and Ugly Betty, both of which have filmed extensively in Brooklyn in recent months.
